What does a video cost?
Every second of video costs 1 credit – you set the length yourself, from 20 to 60 seconds. So a 20-second video costs 20 credits, voiceover, music and all formats included. The first revision per video (rewrite the script or redesign) is free, each further one costs 5 credits. If you make a video longer, you only pay for the extra seconds. Editing copy and re-rendering is free.
Do credits expire?
You can redeem purchased credits until the end of the third year after purchase. If a video fails on our side, you get the credits back automatically.
Who issues the invoice?
Our payment partner Dodo Payments sells the credits as merchant of record, calculates VAT for your country and sends you the invoice.
Can I withdraw a purchase?
No. Credits are added to your account immediately. At checkout you agree that we start right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires as a result (Section 356(5) German Civil Code). If a video fails on our side, you get the credits back automatically.
What's in the free starter credit?
Once you confirm your email address, you get one video of up to 30 seconds for free. The starter credit covers exactly one video; any part you don't use expires when the video starts. Videos made with starter credits carry a “Made with PintroAI” note; purchased credits remove it.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credits once and use them whenever you like. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
